About the role
AlphaEdge Tech is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a TypeScript Developer to design, implement, and validate security‑focused enhancements across the stack.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing TypeScript codebases for security weaknesses
- Implement strict type safety and input validation patterns
- Integrate security libraries and configure CSP, CORS, and JWT handling
- Collaborate with DevOps to embed security checks into CI pipelines
- Document hardening guidelines and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions
Must-have skills
- 5+ years TypeScript development experience
- Deep understanding of secure coding practices
- Proficiency with Angular and React frameworks
- Experience securing RESTful APIs and cloud environments
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10
- Experience with AWS security services
- Knowledge of automated security testing tools
