About the role
BlueSky Ventures is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a Vue.js Frontend Developer to rebuild the UI layer, improve performance, and ensure zero‑downtime deployments. You will work closely with backend engineers and DevOps to align front‑end changes with the rollout strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive Vue.js components using TypeScript
- Migrate existing legacy UI code to a modular, component‑based architecture
- Integrate with RESTful APIs while preserving session continuity
- Write unit and end‑to‑end tests to guarantee stability during releases
- Collaborate on feature toggles and feature‑flag strategies for seamless rollouts
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of frontend development, primarily Vue.js
- Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with state management (Vuex/Pinia) and build tools (Vite, Webpack)
- Proven track record delivering zero‑downtime updates in production

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend assets
