Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with tech industry professionals, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for articles.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with the blog's editorial strategy and ensures consistent publication of content.
• Craft compelling headlines, introductions, and summaries that capture the reader's attention and encourage engagement.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and optimizing images.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm new content ideas, refine existing ones, and stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and news.
• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure that all content is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and accessible across various devices and platforms.
• Edit and proofread articles for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and spelling to ensure that all content meets our high standards of quality.
• Participate in content strategy discussions and contribute to the development of the blog's overall content plan.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
• Analyze content performance using metrics such as page views, engagement, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and inform future content decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry experts, influencers, and potential guest contributors.
• Maintain the blog's tone, style, and voice across all content, ensuring consistency and adherence to the brand's guidelines.
• Assist in the creation of other content types, such as social media posts, newsletters, and ebooks, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the tech industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with tech-savvy audiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and tones.
