Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences as required
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting as required
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve business operations

Requirements

  • Proficient in a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
