About the role

Summit Digital is launching a new SaaS product and needs a Vue.js Frontend Developer to raise test automation coverage. You will work closely with QA and product teams to embed automated UI checks that catch regression before each release.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Cypress or Playwright test suites for Vue components
• Refactor existing test scripts to improve stability and speed
• Integrate automated tests into the CI pipeline and monitor results
• Collaborate with developers to identify flaky tests and resolve root causes
• Document test scenarios and maintain a living test library

Must-have skills

• Strong Vue.js experience (Vue 2/3)
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Hands‑on knowledge of modern test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and Git workflows
• Ability to write clear, maintainable test code

Nice to have

• Experience with component libraries (Vuetify, Element UI)
• Familiarity with performance testing tools
• Background in accessibility testing
