We are a distributed software company building a next-generation CRM for non-profits. Our engineering team has grown to 12 developers across three time zones, and our current ad-hoc management style is no longer sustainable. We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master) to bring structure, clarity, and rhythm to our development cycles. You will be the "air traffic controller" for our product, ensuring that features are delivered on time without burning out the team.
Your primary role will be to facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. You must be an expert in Jira; we need you to clean up our backlog, ensure tickets have proper acceptance criteria, and track velocity metrics. You will work closely with the CTO and Product Owner to remove blockers and shield the dev team from external distractions.
We are looking for someone who practices "Servant Leadership." You shouldn't just be a taskmaster; you should be a facilitator who helps the team do their best work. If you have experience managing remote teams and can demonstrate how you’ve improved delivery times in previous roles, we want to talk to you.
