Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management and the consulting team, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
  • Manage client relationships through timely and effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and tracking progress.
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and monitor analytics.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and performing routine administrative tasks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks for senior management and the consulting team.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions and support strategic planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve administrative processes and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role, preferably in a consulting or business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as a team player, and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in administrative assistance, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
