Key Responsibilities

  • Complete forms accurately and efficiently, meeting high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize various software applications, including spreadsheet and database management tools, to perform data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal delays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and quality checks, to ensure high standards of quality are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures, leveraging knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the quality assurance team to identify and address any performance gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry developments.
  • Adhere to company standards, values, and code of conduct, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the growth and success of the company.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and speed.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to review and verify data for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database management tools, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with post-secondary education preferred.
  • Certificate in data entry, customer service, or a related field an asset.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, with experience in quality control.
