Key Responsibilities
- Copy and paste text into our database with high accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure the quality and consistency of our content, adhering to our style guide and formatting standards
- Collaborate with our editorial team to resolve any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the content
- Utilize our content management system to manage and organize our publications
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with our team to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our content
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to project planning and development

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, content coordination, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on English language and grammar skills
- Excellent typing skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
