Key Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content moderation strategies
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to content moderation
• Provide feedback to community managers to improve overall user engagement
• Develop and maintain documentation of content moderation processes and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation
• Participate in training and development programs to improve content moderation skills
• Collaborate with developers to identify and prioritize technical issues related to content moderation
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community managers and developers
• Analyze metrics and data to inform content moderation decisions
• Develop and implement processes to improve content moderation efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in content moderation or a related field
• Strong understanding of community guidelines and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in content management systems and moderation tools
• Experience with data analysis and metrics-based decision making
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and user behavior
• Certifications in content moderation or a related field are preferred
