Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, unique, and captivating logos for our clients, meeting their brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with our creative director, designers, and clients to understand project requirements, provide design concepts, and iterate on feedback.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, industries, and target audiences, using this knowledge to inform design decisions.
• Create design concepts, prototypes, and final designs, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, creativity, and innovation.
• Utilize design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create, edit, and refine designs, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Work closely with our project managers to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions to improve design quality and consistency.
• Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with industry developments, attending workshops, conferences, and online courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of our design team, sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices with colleagues.
• Prepare and present design concepts, prototypes, and final designs to clients, communicating design decisions and rationale effectively.
• Iterate on client feedback, revising designs to meet their needs, expectations, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure design consistency and feasibility, providing design assets and guidelines as needed.
• Maintain a high level of quality, attention to detail, and consistency in all design work, adhering to our company's design standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logo design, graphic design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition, with the ability to apply these principles to create visually appealing designs.
• Proficiency in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, and project managers.
