We are looking for a skilled Customer Portal Design Consultant to join our team in designing a traditional Customer Portal for our EdTech company. As a Customer Portal Design Consultant, you will be responsible for creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface for our customers to access their educational resources and support.
Project Overview:
Our company is a traditional EdTech firm that has been providing high-quality educational content and services for over a decade. We are now looking to revamp our Customer Portal to provide a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. The project requires a deep understanding of user experience design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points
- Design a wireframe and prototype of the Customer Portal, including navigation, layout, and visual elements
- Develop a style guide and design system for the Customer Portal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on the design
Required Skills:
- UI/UX design experience in EdTech or a related industry
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Tools Needed:
- Sketch or Figma for design prototyping
- Adobe Creative Cloud for visual design
- Asana or Trello for project management
Deliverables:
- A wireframe and prototype of the Customer Portal
- A style guide and design system for the Customer Portal
- Usability test reports and feedback
