About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst to assess, design, and implement protective controls across our SaaS stack.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for cloud services
• Develop and apply security baselines for containers, VMs, and serverless functions
• Implement automated scanning and remediation pipelines
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed security into CI/CD workflows
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST)
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability assessment tools
• Proficiency in scripting with Python for security automation
• Solid Linux administration and hardening expertise

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Certifications such as CISSP or AWS Security Specialty
