Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, data entry, and other relevant information.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements, contributing to the development of our customer service and data entry operations.
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, customer service) an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and data entry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with CRM systems and other software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
