As a 3D Modeler at Eon Creative Studios, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from video games and animations to architectural visualizations and product designs. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for various projects, including video games, animations, and architectural visualizations.
• Collaborate with our team of artists, designers, and developers to ensure that all assets meet our high standards.
• Design and develop complex 3D models, including characters, props, and environments.
• Create detailed textures and materials, including normal maps, specular maps, and diffuse maps.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that all assets are optimized for performance and meet our technical requirements.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions and critiques to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and animation.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new techniques and workflows.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with our team and clients to ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and animation, preferably in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of texture creation, including normal mapping, specular mapping, and diffuse mapping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting, and composition.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and human-centered design.
