Key Responsibilities

  • Complete forms and enter data accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certification in data entry or customer service, such as CDE or CCSP, an asset.
