Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently complete various forms and documents, ensuring data quality and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services, as well as our customer service policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team, providing administrative support and helping to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and form completion data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills, with ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in data entry software, such as Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
