Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry and customer support, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete forms and enter data into our database
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring that all client data is protected and secure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide top-notch service and support to our clients
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field preferred
  • Certification in data entry or customer support, or a related field, is an asset
