About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a focused Frontend React Developer to tighten the client‑side attack surface, improve authentication flows, and ensure secure data handling in the UI.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing React components for security weaknesses and refactor as needed
• Implement robust input validation, CSP headers, and secure storage practices
• Integrate token‑based authentication and role‑based UI rendering
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts with security standards
• Write unit and integration tests that cover security scenarios

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CORS)
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for building accessible interfaces
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OWASP guidelines and security testing tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments
