About the role

Orbit Labs is creating a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a Frontend React Developer to craft intuitive, high‑performance interfaces that surface real‑time insights and allow seamless interaction with backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Integrate visualizations and dashboards that consume streaming data APIs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data contracts and ensure UI reliability.
• Optimize performance for large data sets and implement lazy loading strategies.
• Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration tests.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building data‑driven dashboards or analytics tools.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and real‑time data streams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project‑based environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with D3.js or charting libraries.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
