Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, custom logos that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations
• Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive visual identities for clients
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' brands and design preferences
• Create multiple logo concepts and present them to clients for feedback
• Revise and refine logo designs based on client feedback and preferences
• Ensure all logo designs are optimized for various formats and resolutions
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Maintain accurate records of design files, revisions, and clients' feedback
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to the development of the company's design strategy
• Stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work
• Collaborate with other teams, such as web development and marketing, to ensure consistency in visual identity
• Provide design support and guidance to junior designers and interns

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logo design, graphic design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio that showcases your logo design skills and creativity
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Knowledge of design trends, technologies, and best practices
