About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is preparing a major iOS release and needs an iOS App Developer to lead a test automation uplift. Your work will directly lower regression risk and ensure a smooth launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement UI‑level test suites using XCUITest.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI pipeline for nightly builds.
• Refactor flaky tests and improve coverage of critical user flows.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize high‑impact scenarios.
• Document test architecture and provide knowledge transfer to the QA team.

Must-have skills

• Strong Swift proficiency and deep understanding of iOS frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with XCUITest or similar iOS automation tools.
• Ability to work with REST APIs and mock network responses.
• Proven track record of reducing regression failures in mobile projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Fastlane or other CI/CD tools for iOS.
• Experience in performance testing on iOS devices.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing practices.
