Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align product listings with brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve product listing performance.
  • Utilize data entry skills to maintain and update product databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries related to product listings.
  • Analyze product listing metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance listing visibility and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the content team to develop engaging product descriptions, titles, and keywords that appeal to the target audience.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that product listing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain organized records and reports of product listing activities, including updates, changes, and performance metrics.

Requirements
