About the role

TechFlow Inc is enhancing its test automation framework to lower regression risk before product launches. We need a Python Backend Developer to design and extend the automation backbone, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust Python services for test orchestration
• Integrate existing CI pipelines with new automation modules
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that expose test results and metrics
• Optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL for high‑volume data
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality

Must-have skills

• Strong Python experience (3+ years)
• Proficiency with Django or Flask for API development
• Deep understanding of REST API design principles
• Hands‑on PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, pytest)

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containerization
• Knowledge of CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Background in performance testing and monitoring
