About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a fast‑track CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate Android releases. We need an Android Developer who can design, implement, and refine pipelines that integrate testing, signing, and deployment for a smoother release cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Jenkins/Bitrise pipelines for Android builds
• Automate unit, UI, and integration tests within the CI flow
• Configure fastlane for automated versioning, signing, and Play Store delivery
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to embed quality gates
• Document pipeline architecture and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• Strong Kotlin and Java Android development experience
• Hands‑on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in fastlane, Gradle, and Android build variants
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks (Espresso, Robolectric)

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud‑based artifact repositories
• Familiarity with Docker for build isolation
• Knowledge of monitoring release metrics
