About the role

CloudWave Digital is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune the container orchestration layer that powers our micro‑services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable Kubernetes clusters on cloud providers.
• Build reusable Docker images and Helm charts for core services.
• Integrate pipelines with GitOps tools to enable automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and observability into containers.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot failures, and optimize resource usage.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years in containerization and orchestration.
• Deep expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Knowledge of cloud‑native monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools.
