About the role

DataPro Services is launching a high‑velocity CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate model releases. As a Senior MLOps Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end pipeline for the new RapidRelease Hub, our internal fast‑track deployment framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement GitHub Actions workflows that build, test, and containerize ML models using Docker and Python.
• Configure Helm charts and K8s operators to deploy models to an AWS EKS cluster with zero‑downtime rolling updates.
• Automate environment provisioning with Terraform, integrating monitoring via Prometheus and Grafana for release health.
• Set up artifact storage in S3 and version control with DVC for reproducible data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists to embed unit and integration tests in the CI pipeline, targeting a 30% reduction in release cycle time.
• Document the RapidRelease Hub architecture and create runbooks for on‑call engineers.

Must-have skills

• Advanced Python scripting for automation and CI tasks.
• Deep experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EKS, S3, IAM) and IaC tools.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and ML lifecycle tools.
• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting in cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLflow or Kubeflow pipelines.
• Familiarity with serverless functions for model inference.
