About the role

CoreData Systems is seeking a MongoDB Specialist to design and optimize data models for a high‑traffic analytics platform. You will work closely with engineers to ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability across cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB schemas and indexes
• Develop data migration and ETL pipelines
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune queries
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate MongoDB with APIs
• Document data structures and best practices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB design and administration
• Proficiency in JavaScript and NodeJS for data handling
• Understanding of aggregation framework and sharding
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to write clear technical documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
