Senior PHP Developer – Multi-Region API Design

About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a PHP Developer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune pipelines that integrate testing, containerization, and deployment across cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or Ansible
• Develop PHP services that trigger builds, run unit/integration tests, and publish artifacts
• Collaborate with QA and Ops to ensure zero‑downtime releases
• Monitor pipeline health and implement performance improvements

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of PHP development experience
• Deep knowledge of Laravel framework
• Strong MySQL expertise and query optimization
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and container platforms

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks
