About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a fast‑track sprint to automate its CI/CD pipelines and platform provisioning. We need a Terraform Engineer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune infrastructure as code to accelerate release cycles and improve reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reusable Terraform modules for multi‑region AWS environments
• Integrate Terraform workflows into existing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Collaborate with developers to embed infrastructure checks into the build process
• Implement automated testing and validation of IaC changes
• Document standards, naming conventions, and best practices for the team

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform expertise in production AWS workloads
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipeline tooling
• Strong grasp of AWS services, networking, and security controls
• Proven ability to troubleshoot IaC failures and optimize performance

Nice to have

• Experience with Terragrunt or CDK
• Familiarity with container orchestration (EKS, ECS)
• Knowledge of policy-as-code tools such as Sentinel or OPA
