Senior Terraform Engineer Needed for CI/CD Pipeline Setup

About the role

CoreData Systems is upgrading a legacy production platform and needs a Terraform Engineer to design and implement infrastructure changes that achieve zero‑downtime migration. You will work closely with the architecture team to translate modernization goals into reusable Terraform modules and automated pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Terraform code for multi‑region AWS resources
• Implement blue‑green and canary deployment patterns to avoid service interruption
• Integrate Terraform workflows with existing CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce compliance
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing operations

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering with Terraform
• Deep experience in AWS services (EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM)
• Strong DevOps mindset and CI/CD automation expertise
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python) for tooling

Nice to have

• Experience with zero‑downtime migration strategies
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog
• Knowledge of container orchestration (EKS, ECS)
