About the role
AlphaEdge Tech is scaling its multi‑tenant B2B platform and needs a Terraform Infrastructure Engineer to design and deliver the new tenant isolation layer, codenamed "Nimbus Vault". You will work closely with product owners to translate architectural requirements into reusable IaC components and ensure seamless rollout across AWS accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement Terraform modules for tenant‑specific VPCs, subnets, and security groups.
- Integrate Terraform pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate plan, apply, and drift detection.
- Collaborate with the security team to embed Sentinel policies for compliance checks.
- Perform performance testing of provisioned resources and optimize cost‑efficiency.
- Document module usage, versioning strategy, and hand‑off procedures for the DevOps squad.
Must-have skills
- 5+ years Terraform experience, including module development.
- Deep knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, and resource tagging.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
- Experience with Docker containers in infrastructure testing.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Sentinel policy-as-code.
- Background in multi‑tenant SaaS architectures.
