Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual elements, including logos, icons, graphics, and social media assets
• Develop brand identities, including color schemes, typography, and imagery
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and business cards
• Conceptualize and create innovative design solutions that meet our clients' needs and goals
• Collaborate with our design team to develop and implement design concepts
• Work closely with our art directors and copywriters to ensure design solutions meet our clients' needs and goals
• Participate in design meetings and brainstorms to share ideas and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with our production team to ensure design files are prepared for print and digital distribution
• Perform quality control checks on design projects to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of organization, prioritization, and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Provide design solutions that are innovative, effective, and meet our clients' goals and objectives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on visual design and branding
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and copywriters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to think creatively, develop innovative design solutions, and push the boundaries of design
• Strong understanding of brand identity and how to develop effective brand strategies
• Experience with design software, including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and find solutions
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
