Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice overs for various projects, including commercials, explainer videos, animations, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with our production team to develop and refine voice over scripts, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
• Edit and produce voice over recordings to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, and provide tailored voice over solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice, tone, and style, and ensure all voice over work aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in voice over production, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our services and deliver exceptional results.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and meetings to contribute to the development of new ideas, concepts, and projects.
• Collaborate with our social media team to create engaging voice over content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members, and contribute to the development of our company's knowledge base and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality voice over work.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and become long-term partners.
• Stay organized, manage your time effectively, and maintain accurate records of your work, including project files, scripts, and recordings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in voice over work, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your range, versatility, and quality of work.
• Excellent vocal technique, tone, and expression, with the ability to convey emotion, conviction, and authenticity in your voice overs.
• Strong understanding of voice over production principles, including recording, editing, and mixing techniques.
• Familiarity with audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Logic Pro X.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, producers, and other team members.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations and our company's standards.
