About the role
NovaForge Tech is enhancing its test automation suite to cut regression risk before product launches. We need a Vue.js Frontend Developer to craft intuitive UI components that empower QA engineers to design, run, and monitor automated tests efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement reusable Vue.js widgets for test case creation and result visualization
- Integrate frontend with existing CI pipelines and reporting APIs
- Optimize performance for large data sets displayed in dashboards
- Collaborate with QA leads to translate testing workflows into seamless UI flows
- Write unit and end‑to‑end tests for all new components
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with Vue.js (Vue 2/3) and component libraries
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of test automation concepts and CI/CD integration
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable code with documentation
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jest or Cypress testing frameworks
- Experience with RESTful API consumption and WebSocket updates
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
