Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement web research projects to collect and analyze data on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Utilize web scraping tools and techniques to extract data from websites, social media, and other online sources
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases and data visualizations to present findings and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with research team to develop and refine research methodologies and tools
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of research reports and presentations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in web research and analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web intelligence into business decision-making
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, or marketing
• 2+ years of experience in web research and analysis, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in web scraping tools and technologies, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
