About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune automated pipelines that integrate code, test, and deployment stages across our AWS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them on ECS or EKS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipeline health.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and compliance checks.

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
• Proficiency with Docker containerization.
• Strong DevOps mindset and scripting ability (Shell/Python).
• Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows.
• Knowledge of cost‑optimization strategies in AWS.
