About the role

Vertex Analytics is expanding its B2B platform with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune the underlying cloud architecture while ensuring isolation and scalability for each tenant.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and provision secure, multi‑tenant VPCs, subnets, and IAM policies.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and Docker to automate feature rollouts.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with CloudWatch and GuardDuty.
• Optimize cost and performance across shared services and tenant‑specific resources.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to validate compliance and reliability.

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Proficiency in Docker containerization and orchestration.
• Strong DevOps mindset with automated infrastructure as code.
• Solid Linux administration and scripting abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with multi‑tenant SaaS patterns.
• Knowledge of security best practices for B2B environments.
