About the role
Pinecrest Systems is launching a focused sprint to accelerate releases through CI/CD and platform automation. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune pipelines that enable rapid, reliable deployments across our cloud environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Containerize applications and orchestrate deployments with Docker and Kubernetes
- Integrate automated testing, security scans, and compliance checks into the workflow
- Collaborate with developers to streamline build processes and reduce cycle time
- Monitor pipeline performance and implement improvements for faster feedback loops
Must-have skills
- Strong experience designing CI/CD pipelines for cloud workloads
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and automation scripting
- Ability to troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimize performance
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
- Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD
