About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a suite of new features and needs a DevOps Engineer to uplift test automation and cut regression risk before each release. You will work closely with QA and development teams to embed automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks on AWS.
• Integrate automated tests into existing CI/CD workflows using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Containerize test environments with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes.
• Monitor test results, troubleshoot flakiness, and improve reliability.
• Document best practices and share knowledge across squads.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for test environments.
• Hands‑on AWS services (ECS, EKS, CloudWatch).
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation.

Nice to have

• Background in performance or security testing.
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
