About the role

NexGen Media seeks a Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure cloud environment for a high‑traffic media streaming platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into robust cloud architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document end‑to‑end cloud architecture patterns.
• Design CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and GitOps principles.
• Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ensure security compliance and cost optimization across AWS services.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot production incidents.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in AWS architecture and services.
• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Advanced DevOps practices, including CI/CD and monitoring.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001.
