About the role

BrightMart Solutions is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to design, execute, and automate tests that validate speed, stability, and user experience under load.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for web APIs and UI using Selenium.
• Design performance test scenarios and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and verify fixes.
• Create clear test documentation and reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve test frameworks for scalability.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional and performance testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and related tooling.
• Solid understanding of test automation best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration.
• Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Background in cloud‑based service testing.
