About the role

NexGen Media is building a next‑generation recommendation engine that leverages deep learning to personalize content across its platform. We need a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to design, train, and integrate advanced models that improve relevance and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and fine‑tune machine‑learning pipelines for large‑scale data.
• Design custom neural network architectures for recommendation tasks.
• Implement feature engineering and data preprocessing workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient model deployment.
• Monitor model performance and iterate based on A/B test results.
• Document code, experiments, and model decisions for reproducibility.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in building and optimizing REST API services for model serving.
• Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed training.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in recommender systems or collaborative filtering.
