About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is building a next‑generation decentralized finance platform. We need a senior Blockchain Engineer to design, develop, and deploy robust smart contracts that power core financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure smart contracts on Ethereum and compatible chains.
• Integrate contracts with off‑chain services using Web3 libraries.
• Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to define requirements.
• Document contract logic and deployment procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for scripting and tooling.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and token standards.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and vulnerability mitigation.
• Experience with REST API integration for off‑chain data.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Contribution to open‑source blockchain projects.
