Senior CI/CD Pipeline Engineer Needed for Cloud Infrastructure Workstream

About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is launching a critical product and needs a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to uplift test automation, lowering regression risk before go‑live. You will shape the pipeline, embed quality gates, and ensure fast, reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for automated test suites.
• Integrate Selenium, Cypress and API testing tools into pipelines.
• Configure containerized build agents using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline or equivalent for scalable execution.
• Collaborate with QA and development leads to define test coverage thresholds.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve reliability.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Strong DevOps mindset with Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Hands‑on AWS services (CodeBuild, CodePipeline, ECS/EKS).
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python) for custom integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of security scanning in CI pipelines.
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
