Senior Docker Kubernetes Specialist Needed for CI/CD Pipeline Setup Initiative

About the role

We are launching an intensive sprint to overhaul our CI/CD pipelines and automate platform provisioning. The Docker Kubernetes Specialist will design, implement, and fine‑tune container orchestration to enable faster, reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Kubernetes clusters tailored for CI/CD workloads
• Create reusable Docker images and Helm charts for microservices
• Integrate pipelines with GitOps, ArgoCD, and secret management
• Automate scaling, monitoring, and rollback strategies
• Collaborate with developers to embed best practices into build processes

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with Docker containerization
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations
• Hands‑on expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code
• Experience with service mesh technologies
• Background in monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana
