About the role

Pinecrest Systems is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a GraphQL API Developer who can design a unified schema, implement resolvers, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document a GraphQL schema that maps billing, CRM, and internal data models
• Build resolvers in NodeJS that aggregate data from REST endpoints and legacy services
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms across all APIs
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability
• Collaborate with front‑end engineers to optimize query performance

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with GraphQL schema design and resolver implementation
• Proficiency in NodeJS and building REST APIs
• Hands‑on knowledge of React for client‑side query consumption
• Understanding of authentication flows (OAuth, JWT)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and serverless functions
