About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is orchestrating a critical integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Microservices Architect to design a resilient, scalable service mesh that enables seamless data flow across these systems while maintaining high performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall microservices architecture and service boundaries for the integration platform.
• Design API contracts, data models, and event‑driven communication patterns.
• Select and configure container orchestration, service discovery, and API gateway solutions.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies for microservice deployments.
• Collaborate with billing, CRM, and internal teams to align integration requirements.
• Document architectural decisions, diagrams, and best‑practice guidelines.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience designing and delivering microservices at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong Java development background, including Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of API design, REST, gRPC, and event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC tools.
• Familiarity with security standards (OAuth2, JWT) in distributed systems.
• Background in billing or CRM system integrations.
