About the role

Summit Digital is launching a high‑velocity sprint to accelerate model releases through CI/CD and platform automation. As a Senior MLOps Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end pipeline for the new ReleasePulse module, ensuring faster, reliable deployments for our AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a GitOps‑based CI/CD workflow using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for model versioning.
• Containerize training and inference workloads with Docker, orchestrate on Kubernetes, and integrate with AWS SageMaker.
• Automate environment provisioning via Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to support multi‑stage testing.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch for release health.
• Collaborate with data scientists to embed automated model validation and drift detection into the pipeline.
• Document ReleasePulse architecture and handover procedures for rapid onboarding.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EKS, SageMaker, S3, IAM).
• Strong Python scripting for automation and pipeline glue.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code expertise (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLflow or Kubeflow pipelines.
• Experience implementing security scanning (Snyk, Trivy) in CI.
