About the role

BrightMart Solutions is preparing a mobile app store launch and needs a MongoDB Specialist to align backend data structures with the upcoming mobile experience. You will work closely with mobile engineers to ensure seamless data flow and optimal query performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for mobile‑first data access patterns
• Implement efficient aggregation pipelines and indexing strategies
• Collaborate with API developers to fine‑tune query performance
• Conduct load testing and provide actionable performance reports
• Document data models and best‑practice guidelines for the team

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB schema design and query optimization
• Proficiency in JavaScript/NodeJS for data‑layer scripting
• Understanding of mobile backend requirements and offline sync
• Ability to write clear technical documentation

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React Native or similar mobile frameworks
• Experience with cloud‑hosted MongoDB services (Atlas, etc.)
